Great place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me return a forgotten hairbrush on my first stay. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

In love with neat and updated rooms with 2 bathrooms. The service is friendly, includes free parking.

In general the staff were extremely friendly and competent. The location was favourable for exploring Whitby. This hotel was in a pretty comfortable area short walk to train station and a soccer tournament. I found everything lovely, would recommend it to all.

I had to change rooms as the toilet wouldn't flush, and the heating system was noisy. The cozy breakfast area offered a surprising variety, though the initial room had issues that made my stay less enjoyable.

Front desk clerk was inept - I stood at the desk for 5 mins while he finished a phone call. The bed in my room was so old it made squeaking noises with any slight movement.

Loved every detail about our fairly nice 1 night stay here. The unit we got was huge and exceptional with double bed and 2 bathrooms plus a convertible sofa. A microwave oven and fridges were very handy. Close to a motorway, the location was easy and handy, dependant on family members for transport. Also, Camp x Monument was 5 km away from the hotel.

The family suite offered a surprisingly spacious layout and a cozy sitting area. Breakfast options included bacon and eggs.

The hotel shows its age, especially with decor and worn-out furniture, including carpets and couches that needed replacing. Multiple guests reported encountering issues with cleanliness upon check-in, including a lack of basic necessities like pillows and blankets for the pullout couch, and some rooms had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of past smoking. Noisy conditions in certain rooms disturbed the peace that guests hoped for, dampening the overall experience.

I almost gave a good review, but my expectations of a complimentary gesture were completely ignored, which just added to the disappointment. The breakfast choices were as uninspired as the overall experience.

It was close to where I needed to be and it was good value.

The television sets are older and the TV cabinet in the main living area had doors that opened so that you could ONLY see the TV if sitting directly in front of the set, this is NOT good.

Close to Toronto and highway and restaurants and shopping

Quality provided a spacious King Suite with a cozy sitting area and two TVs. The room came equipped with useful amenities like a refrigerator and a coffee maker. I appreciated the included breakfast with a variety of options, including bacon and eggs, made mornings hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, as well as the convenient location near shopping and dining options.

great prices, no complaints whatsoever. clean hotel with great location in whitby short walk to a restaurant elsewhere and many attractions.

The room was large in size and clean

When we arrived Booked.net had not made the reservation, therefore the hotel was not expecting us. Luckily they had a room for us. This was very upsetting as we had travelled 4hours and were expecting a room immediately. This was not the fault of the hotel

The king suite was a good surprise, showcasing a separate bedroom and a comfortable living area. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options like eggs, sausage, and waffles. The room included free WiFi and a mini fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cold .

I enjoyed the suite lay-out. Staff very friendly and courteous. I am a repeat customer. Also appreciate the convenience for family stay (lay out as well as location).

Need wireless high speed Internet. I cut my stay short this time, as I only had an iPad for work and communication. These devices rely fully on wireless access.
